1. Do you come to my location?
Yes! We’re fully mobile and serve Fredericton, Saint John, and surrounding areas. Whether you’re at home, work, or somewhere in between, we’ll bring the shine to you.

2. Do I need to provide water or electricity?
Nope! We bring our own water and power hookups. All we need is access to your vehicle—we take care of the rest.

3. What areas do you service exactly?
We primarily operate in Fredericton and Saint John, but we also serve nearby communities like Oromocto, Rothesay, Quispamsis, Grand Bay-Westfield, and others within reasonable driving distance. Not sure if you're in the zone? Just ask!

4. What if the weather is bad—do you still detail?
If it’s raining heavily or the weather is unsafe, we may need to reschedule. We’ll always reach out in advance if conditions aren’t ideal, and we’ll work with you to find the next best time.

5. How do I book an appointment?
You can fill out our online contact form, send us a message, or call/text us directly. Just let us know your vehicle make/model, services you want, and your location, and we’ll get back to you with a free quote and available time slots.

6. How long does a full detail take?
It depends on the package and condition of the vehicle, but most full details take between 2 to 4 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate estimate when you book.

7. Can you clean really dirty vehicles or pet hair?
Yes! We specialize in tough jobs, including heavy dirt, stains, and pet hair. If the vehicle is extra messy, just let us know in advance so we can schedule enough time and give you an accurate quote.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and most major credit cards. Whatever works best for you!
